A local legislator is hopeful the State Senate takes a little more time to examine the $3 billion incentive deal the Assembly approved to entice Foxconn to build a manufacturing plant in southeastern Wisconsin. Democrat Mark Spreitzer of Beloit fears the Governor is giving away the farm. Spreitzer says he fully supports quality, good-paying jobs for every Wisconsin resident, but calls this a gamble by taking money away from schools and putting it into the hands of already wealthy corporations.
