A residential fire in Fort Atkinson shuts down Highway 12 in both directions for more than four hours Thursday morning.
The Fort Atkinson Fire Department says firefighters were first called to the home at N833 Highway 12 just after 3:00 a.m.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says Highway 12 was closed from about 4:30 until just before 9:00 a.m. while several fire departments responded to the scene.
There were no reported injuries.
