The Omicron variant isn’t putting a damper on a local non-profit’s fundraising efforts.
HealthNet of Rock County is moving it’s “Pairings that Please” fundraiser from the end of this month to May 14th.
Development Director Danielle Wegman says the new date allows the opportunity to utilize the outdoor space at the Janesville Country Club and take advantage of warmer weather.
Wegman says attendees can still expect to sample artisan dishes paired with complimentary beer and wine along with silent and live auctions, and live music.
Wegman says “Pairings that Please” typically raises 15 percent of the non-profit’s annual operating budget.
