— 17 year old Jason Klein of Janesville was arrested for reckless driving causing great bodily harm in a weekend "car surfing" incident.

Janesville police say a 16 year old male teen was riding on the hood of Klein's car around nine o'clock Friday in the parking lot of the Janesville Job Center when the accident occurred.

Police said the victim rolled off the hood and hit his head on the pavement. He was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment. The victim's name has not been released and no further information has been released on his condition.
