WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on sustainable energy expo

"Going green", may be better business.

Learning how to turn "going green", into "gold", will be one goal of a Sustainable Industry Conference and Expo going on in Beloit Thursday. Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce Vice President Amy Loudenbeck says exhibitors will illustrate how environmental efficiencies improve profitability. Even recruiters have been paying attention to how businesses use sustainable resources, because more talented professionals are becoming picky about the type of companies they're willing to work for.

The Conference and Expo begins at 9:00 in the morning, but a Business After Five planned in the evening will offer a second chance to get up to date.
