Whether or not the Woodman's grocery stores in Janesville, Beloit, and Madison are still unionized depends on who you talk to.

The United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1473 accuses management of union busting tactics. Woodman's Labor Relations Consultant Fred Grubb says a clear majority of workers have signed a petition saying they don't want the union. Grubb says the union has filed labor practice charges saying the petition should be invalidated completely. If it is not invalidated, then there will be no union in those four stores. Grubb says the question is, why did so many workers say they don't want the union anymore?

The union hosted a rally in Janesville Thursday night claiming coercion by management.
