Janesville police get another K-9 unit

WCLO's Steve Benton reports on the newest addition to the Janesville Police Department

— The latest addition to the Janesville Police Department will be introduced to the public Friday at noon.

Deputy Police Chief, Dave Moore, says officer Glen Hagemann and Karo represent the second K-9 unit for the department.

The two will appear at the entrance plaza to the police department during a brief ceremony. Moore says Karo will show the public how a drug search is conducted.

Officer Hagemann will also be available to answer questions after the demonstration.
