Student services combined in Beloit College office

WCLO's Steve Benton reports on the combination of four self-help programs at Beloit College

BELOIT — Four student "self help" programs have been brought together into one office on the Beloit College campus.

Director, Stephanie King-Norton says many of the programs, including "Upward Bound" and "Help Yourself", have been around for a number of years and involve millions of dollars of grant funding. King-Norton says there is an efficiency of administration with the new office as well as giving the program recipients and mentors greater contacts and service.

The new office is located in the South College building on campus.
