Beloit police call attention to "Cold Case" murder

WCLO's Beth Wheelock reports on unsolved six year old murder case

The Beloit Police Department is calling attention to the beating death of 56-year-old Anthony Kundert in the early morning hours of December 19th, 2003.

Captain William Tyler says several different detectives have investigated the case over the years, but have been unable to solve the case. Now, Tyler says police want to put the case back in the public's eye, in the hopes someone has learned something over the years. Tyler says Kundert was found beaten to death in a room at Ike's Motel.

Police are most interested in who Kundert may have been with during his final hours.
