Partners in Prevention promotes understanding about the teenage brain

WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on a presentation addressing the dangers of teens and drugs

Partners in Prevention of Rock County plans a special presentation Tuesday.

Director Kate Baldwin says the part of the brain reasoning consequences doesn't fully develop until the early 20's. Drug counseling expert Scott Caldwell will be the featured speaker for the event.

The "Teen Brain on Drugs-What to Do" will be presented from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Rock County Job Center.

ranjan... ya think? Its just another opportunity for parents to throw their hands up in the air and claim stupidity!

Another thought though, is that this should hold PARENTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ASININE STUNTS THEIR KIDS PULL! Maybe they will actually HAVE TO be responsible for the destruction they are perpetrating. What a concept.
