Now I know why I don't listen to wclo. Stan Milo is still the red neck faux rush who speaks off the tip of his tongue, spouting stuff, probably Rose had to print for his eyes to scan, without knowing quality information. Had to plow through the milwuakee puke fest giggle and how you thought is was sooooooooo funny. But, that's not the point. You took upton's one opinion and spewed junk. Take your Janesville man and spend some time counseling his 9th, 10th owi violations and do something about his pucking. You will understand his problem much better than the fund raising issue. It might be good to take away some of those liquor license for profit and share it with no profit organizations that perform a function of enlightenment of a community. And the Angel Museum is International and the local boy just drives past and wonders what's an angel museum.......
