Janesville resolution takes stand on "Citizens United" ruling

Two Janesville City Council members want the council to take a position on a controversial U-S Supreme Court ruling. Sam Liebert and Yuri Rashkin are asking the council to vote on a resolution asking Congress for a constitutional amendment to override the "Citizens United" ruling regarding corporations and election contributions. Beloit voters get postcards about election changes

Beloit residents might want to spend some time reviewing voter information before heading to the polls this year. New wards and polling places are prompting the city to send out postcards to registered voters to remind them about all the changes. Kyle Geissler reports.
