Drinking and Driving - Repeat offenders - part 1

The Stan Milam Show on WCLO, 1230AM, Janesville investigates the problem of repeat offenders convicted of Operating While Intoxicated. Specifically, more than 80 cases with a 5th or higher offense are pending in Rock County in 2008.

We begin our five-part series to explain why as many as 1,000 new drunk driving tickets are issued each year in Rock County and as many as 70 drivers are still on the road with cases of five or more offenses pending. Today's guest is Rock County Sheriff Bob Spoden.
