Should Council President Brunner resign his position on the council after his arrest this weekend?

Yes. He should resign and take care of his family's business. The mother of the one month old child is in need of guidance and care. I know her a bit. She was in no way ready to have a baby. Her family should have been providing her with guidance and assistance. They have their heads in the sand. They think her problems are just going to rectify themselves. She needs professional help and I think there is such a stigma about getting help for a mental/emotional problem that they have not done that...

Yes ,the council President Should Resign.The Councils Code of Conduct that was passed by all the members was for ALL on the council. A person with his background should know better.
