Suggest removal

It hasn't changed my mind; however, I hope it has changed the mindset of others. I can't tell you how many times I see someone with a car full of kids bouncing around, not in seat belts and I cringe to think of the possibilities. I am just glad the law was passed, because if the parents can't get it together enough to care about the lives of their children, at least someone else is doing their part to make sure they are properly restrained and safe.
