I don't think all the drunks and muggers downtown would use the Internet, why not bring it up to Milton Ave. where the normal people would appreciate it.

Went downtown for the first time in four years last week to attend a meeting and didn't see anything that would cause me to go back so I doubt the free internet would bring me down there. I do, however, think it would be a good thing for downtown and would be really great if all of Janesville was included.

this poll is stupid, i cannot for the life of me think of one GOOD reason to not have FREE internet access? Unless you are a company downtown that is currently charing for it. What is the downside?

I pay for internet in my home. If I'm out and about, I don't need to be online. If I need to look something up or check my email, I can do that on my cellphone.
