I'm with rstricker and beeferer - I'm not sure the "gain" made by having the interchange at M versus going to Newville. Unless there is a property owner hoping to hear the sound "ka-ching". Oh, and I'm in Milton like rstricker.
lets see, around 300 vehicles use that road a day? Time spent traveling to that spot from Milton or Indianford is relatively the same, you might gain 5 minutes.
it might be feasible if you way like 1000 vehicles from that area use the interstate. but that would be like the entire population of milton having a parent using the interstate.
I am pretty sure an extra 5 minutes that an interchange @ M would save from their trip is worthless. They lose that much time when some moron breaks on the interstate when everyone is riding the persons bumper in front of them and slows the whole thing to a crawl for 5 minutes til everyone realizes nothing happened.
I live in the heart of Milton. An additional exchange at M would be nearly as long a drive to I-90 as going through Janesville or Newville. I don't see the point of it for Milton residents. . Who would this benefit exactly? Is there a land owner hoping to cash in on the value an off-ramp would bring if businesses want to set up camp at the new exchange?

I think it would increase the potential for accidents unless it is constructed after we have 3 lanes in each direction.
