I said it when they put the cow so close to the resturant that the resturant would take over the cow. People from out of town will think the cow belongs to the resturant-- that it is their mascot. I think a better place for the cow should be found and soon!

I know some people who live in Janesville that do no recycling what so ever. in fact when the garbage people refused to take there trash because they could see that there was recycling in the bags, they went out and bought black trash bags.

why not put your mail box on one of those old clothes lines like they had strung up between apt buildings years ago in new york. you know where u would hang something on it and the clothes line was on apulley thing and you moved the line to put on another article of clothing. u could have the rope strung from mail boc to house and when u wanted to retrive your mail just pull the rope and bring it up to your door.

So what about parking? Heard there was only room for 500 vehicles and that racine street is closed from motor vehicles department out to hwy 14 for construction. There were more than 500 people at traxler park for fireworks and that is not counting people on bridge, up by hospital and other places people chose to watch fireworks. We always walked up to the hospital to watch. It is a little far to walk to sports complex.
