It's a Start Anyway
It is a start anyway to try and rebuild the Milwaukee Bucks franchise with the "mutual agreement" between owner Herb Kohl and G.M. Larry Harris that sends Harris packing. Now Kohl has to find someone with experience. Harris didn't have the experience to handle the day to day operations of a NBA club. Most of all,he didn't have much of a clue when it came to evaluating talent. Some of the players on the roster would have a tough time starting for a CBA team.
He had chances to trade Micheal Redd, passed on them. Redd may be a good player, but he's not a franchise player. Guards like him are a dime a dozen in the NBA. Drafting Dan Gdzuric was a dumb move. Andrew Bogut may have been the best move made under Harris' watch.
As for Yee,maybe,maybe not.
When the new general manager does come in he will more than likely get rid of coach Larry Krystowiak. He will want his own man. Larry K seems to be too much of a players coach, too much buddy-buddy with the players. He never seems to put the hammer down, ala George Karl. Course,George may have put it down too much.
Whatever direction the Bucks go,at least it appears an effort is beginning to be made.
