Who the heck is Davidson

By Al Fagerli ( Contact )   March 24, 2008

Most basketball fans probably felt the way I did Sunday afternoon while watching the Georgetown vs. Davidson tourney contest. Well Bo,get ready for Roy Hibbert and the Hoyas Friday.

Guess what,Stephan Curry had other ideas. The Davidson sophmore with 25 of his 30 in the second half, leading the Wildcats to a major upset in the Midwest Regional. Thus,Friday night in Motown,it's Bucky against Cinderella.

Davidson is not push-over. They are playing with confidence, they pose matchup problems, bottom line: They are a very good team. Wisconsin is also very good as their plus 30 wins shows and two dominating tourney games.

A good game Friday is expected. If the Badgers get up by 16 with 15 minutes left though, don't walk away.
