A New Year Blessing

By Rose Stricker ( Contact )   December 29, 2009

May you have a strong house that keeps out the wind and rain.
May you have electricity, heat, and proper indoor plumbing.

May your family gatherings be complete with no one stranded at an airport, fighting a war, or in the hospital.
May all who dine at your table have enough to eat.

May you have a little extra money in the bank for emergencies.

And if you gain nothing more than that by this time next year, you will still have more than some people have today.

Many blessings to you and yours from the Stricker family.
